Appointments

Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier. Financing through Republic Bank is available. We offer a 5% cash discount for those without insurance and a 5% senior discount. Payments are due at the time of service. We also offer Care Credit financing. photo
